Presentations to
turn kids on to words and make learning fun. The presentations are given to students in the 4th, 5th and
6th grades in a classroom setting. Each Presentation lasts up
to one
hour.
The author relates how he helped develop rockets for NASA
space programs and the one-man rocket backpack used by James
Bond in the movie Thunderball. He tells the true story
about the book that he wore out (a dictionary) during his career in rocketry.
He explains how choosing proper words is necessary to
avoid being misunderstood.
